SHIPPING
We ship via USPS. Generally we will ship out your order within 24-48 hours after receiving your order as long as the product is within stock. If product goes on backorder we will still fulfill your order but it will generally be filled within 4-6 business days. If the fulfillment of either of these 2 scenarios goes beyond these rough guidelines we will notify you of the delay.
RETURNS
We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we’re here to help.
- Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your product. For your convenience, we may offer a prepaid shipping label, depending on the reason for the return.
- Restocking Fee: Please note that a restocking fee may apply for certain returns. This will be communicated to you when you initiate the return process.
- Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Exchanges: If your item is defective or damaged, we are happy to exchange it for the same item. Please contact us to initiate an exchange.
Non-Returnable Items: Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
