Our wax options
Most odor eliminating candles come only in a Paraffin/Soy blend, which we offer as well. Paraffin is a product of the oil industry, so it is easily available at this time, and it holds color and scent very well.
Coconut wax is one of the newest waxes on the market, and has a lower melting temperature, but generally creates a subtler scent. If you want a strong scent, choose our ParaSoy blend. If you want something that burns cleaner and is more natural, choose our Coconut/Soy wax. Since it is a natural wax the product will have what they call “frosting” in the wax. This appears like whitish streaks/swirls within the wax. If the appearance of “frosting” is a concern, please choose our ParaSoy wax.
Soy wax is a vegetable wax derived from soybean oil, and since it has a lower melting point than Paraffin, soy candles will burn slower or longer than Paraffin candles. Soy wax burns with low soot.
